N2 - This study was designed to investigate the effects of carbofuran on inflammatory cell infiltration, tubular degeneration, and renal tubular necrosis in mice in which the mother mice were exposed to carbofuran during lactation. The 20 Balb / C strain mices were divided into four groups of five. The control group received aquades 0.1 ml / kg BW, group 1/16 LD50 (0.3125 mg / kg BW), 1/8 LD50 (0, 625 mg / kg BW), and 1/4 LD50 (1.25 mg / kg body weight). Carbofuran is exposed orally from day 1st to 9th after giving birth. On the 10th day after birth, mice were sacrificed by one mother from each mother. The kidneys of mice were given hematoxilin-eosin staining. Observations included examination of inflammatory cell infiltration, tubular degeneration, and renal tubular necrosis in mice. The results showed an increase in the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration, tubular degeneration, and tubular necrosis with increasing carbofuran doses given to the mothers.
