N2 - Feed contributes to nearly 70% of the total production cost in aquaculture industries. This study aims to determine the effect of Moringa leaf extract and probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus) supplementation in commercial feed on protein content and crude fat content of Tambaqui fish, Colossoma macropomum. This study used a factorial completely randomized design consisting of 3 3 treatments with 3 treatments. Fish were cultured for 30 days each. The results showed that the administration of Moringa leaf extract at different doses had a significant effect on crude protein content, but did not have a significant effect on crude fat content. Other results showed that there was a significant effect of probiotic supplementation crude fat content, but had a significant effect on the protein content of Tambaqui. The best interaction treatment was A2B0 treatment with crude protein value 19.93% and A0B1 treatment with crude fat value 1.49%.
