abstract = "This paper proposed the application of Craziness Particle Swarm Optimization (CRPSO) to tune Redox Flow Batteries (RFB) parameter to enhance the small signal stability of autonomous hybrid power system. This hybrid power system consists of wind power system and diesel power system. To analyze the small signal stability of autonomous hybrid power system, linear model of the system is used. Eigenvalue and time domain simulation is used to see the dynamic behavior of the conventional system, system with RFB and system with RFB tune by CRPSO. From simulation result, it is found that autonomous hybrid power systems that utilize with RFB and tune by CRPSO have a better result regarding small signal stability.",
