Abstract

Despite increasing numbers of patients receiving venous and arterial grafts during coronary artery bypass graft surgery, cardiac surgeons still face a number of pitfalls. Based on our experience with 8,000 patients during the past 20 years, we describe some of the most common pitfalls in coronary artery bypass surgery.
