The population of this study consisted of all waste disposal workers at 7 Waste Disposal Sites in Banyuwangi Regency with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire through interviews, diagnosis of contact irritant dermatitis by a doctor, and field observations. Data analysis was performed using Fisher's exact test with a p-value of 0.05. Result: The results of the study indicated a significant relationship between personal hygiene and the occurrence of irritant contact dermatitis (p-value = 0.000). Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the relationship between the use of PPE with irritant contact dermatitis showed that there was no relationship between the two variables (p-value = 0.273).
