Abstract
This study aims to prove the potential of Lactococcuslactis, Bifidobacteriumsp, Lactobacilluscasei on feed intake, feed efficiency and feed conversion ratio (FCR) in laying hens. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatments on feed intake (p>0.05), but there were significant difference (p<0.05) on FCR and feed efficiency with 0.5% Lactococcuslactis + 0.5% Lactobacillus casei. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that probiotics can be used as a substitute for antibiotics growth promoters (AGPs) to increase performance in laying hens.
