N2 - Introduction: Oral health condition can be defined as DMFT. Caries is a major and the most common problem in children. Children is usually suffering from caries or missing tooth. Poor oral health condition may take a role in inflammatory process of oral cavity and lead to pain. Pain in children is a burdensome and can lower their physical activities. Children have different immunity. According to that, in this COVID-19 pandemic era, children need more attention and special care. During this pandemic, it is necessary to have good oral and dental health, because children have different immune systems from adults. Objective: To know the oral health condition and physical activity of children in covid-19 pandemic. Discussion: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused dental health service must be closed temporarily. That condition can lead to a decrease of oral health conditions and lead to low nutrition intake in children due to the pain of their tooth. Nutrition in children is not only important as a defense for their body but also as energy for physical activity. Repeated infections that occur in the oral cavity can also reduce their immune system, which is an important thing in this pandemic. Decreased immune system also has an impact on decreasing body fitness so that muscles become easily tired and their activity also decreases. Conclusion: Oral health condition may take an important role in physical activities of children in COVID-19 pandemic era.
