Hence, this research to assess the effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract (MOLE) on the male rat by assessing changes in testes induced by high temperature. The animals were seperated into four groups five rats each. The temperature was set at 40° C and 1ml was given orally once a day the various doses of MOLE at doses 100 mg/kg (P1), 200 mg/ kg (P2), 400 mg/kg (P3) and CMCNa 1% (P0)for twenty one days.
