Abstract

Utilization and Acceptance of Technology Certain dimensions may predict behavioural intention regarding adopting and utilising technology, according to models. Consequently, these models have been utilised more frequently by researchers worldwide. We indexed 336 pertinent journal articles published from 1995 to 2023 on the Web of Science Core Collection Acceptance and Use of Technology Models in Healthcare implementation. We conducted a quantitative scientometric review of these articles to ascertain the models most frequently used by researchers. The results indicated a substantial surge in articles published in the discipline, particularly since 2005. This growth has been primarily driven by the United States, China, and England, as these three nations have not only cultivated the most productive authors and high-yielding research institutions but have also published many prolific journals. The top three SDG-related publications concerned climate action, affordable and sustainable energy, and excellent health and well-being. Quantitatively supplementing the current qualitative literature, these results offer significant implications and insights for international research utilising technological models.
