Hubungan Ketersediaan Fasilitas 5R dengan Perilaku 5R Pekerja pada PT X

Introduction: 5R culture is used to regulate the conditions of the workplace with the hope that it will have an impact on work effectiveness and efficiency, increase worker productivity and improve work safety in companies. The 5R culture is one of the efforts to prevent work accidents. Objective: To find out the relationship between the variable availability of 5R facilities and the 5R behavior variable of workers at PT X, namely a manufacturing industry company in the city of Surabaya. Method: Quantitative research with questionnaires and in-depth interviews is the research design used in this study. The sample in this study has a total of 41 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately by means of two variables that were considered related or correlated. Result: The distribution of respondents based on the availability of 5R facilities shows that the availability of 5R facilities is sufficient for 24 respondents, while 17 respondents consider the availability of 5R facilities insufficient for as many as 17 respondents. The distribution of respondents based on the 5R behavior of workers who were good was 21 respondents, while 20 other respondents considered the 5R behavior of workers to be still not good. The results of the bivariate analysis show that there is a correlation between the availability of 5R facilities and the behavior of the 5R workers (0.019 <0.050). Conclusion: The availability of 5R supporting facilities has a relationship with the 5R behavior of workers. The company in the future can provide support for the fulfillment of 5R supporting facilities and provide programs related to 5R to maximize employee 5R behavior for the better.
