Abstract

A simple, rapid, and validated HPLC method has been developed for determination of cilostazol in tablets. A LiChrospher 100 RP-18 column was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetonitrile-water (20:50:30). Quantitative evaluation was performed at 260 nm. The HPLG method is selective, precise, and accurate, and it can be used for routine analysis of the preparations in pharmaceutical industry quality control laboratories.
