Abstract

Giving immunostimulants is one of the preventive measures against infectious diseases. This activity aims to know the feed management of vannamei shrimp with adding immunostimulants on the culture of vannamei shrimp. The parameter observed were Total Haemocyte Count (THC) to know the effect of immunostimulant. The value of total haemocytes in the DOC 31-35 was 15.87×106 cells/ml - 25.56 × 106 cells/ml. The second measurement of total haemocyte count was done for the vannamei shrimp in the DOC 59-63 and showed 14.58×106 cells/ml - 27.45×106 cells/ml.
