Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the development of information technology tools in improving the quality of learning at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Malang in the span of 2010 to 2020. This study adapts the research and development model proposed by Baker and Schutz (1971). A total of 270 academics became participants in this study. Questionnaires are used to measure the level of utilization of information technology among academics. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. As a result, the developed information system has been integrated with academic needs, instructional needs, and is in line with the development of information technology. The level of utilization of information technology among the academic community is included in the high category.
