N2 - StrokIndo is a website application that provides stroke risk assessment for Indonesian. Mainly, StrokIndo aims to educate Indonesian people to identify their stroke risk (if any). StrokIndo has two things to improve, firstly, the chance of misunderstanding about stroke risk, and secondly, the risk categorization needs to be adjusted. Two statistical approaches are implemented in this paper: Logarithmic transformation and Sqrt transformation. As a validation, this paper uses Framingham Risk Score (FRS) as an international standard to assess stroke risk. A three-level categorization based on the Stroke Risk Score Card is applied with modification on the formula: low, medium, high. Both contributions are made in order to give clearer information to Indonesian about their stroke risk they may have. The result of this research shows that using logarithmic transformation can minimize the misunderstanding about risk assessment results. Also, the categorization using Stroke Risk Score with three-level categories is able to convert the risk numbers into categories, which helps to educate people more about their stroke risk level.
