Description
In this project, we attempt to map the existing literature on the mental health challenges faced by nurses who worked as expatriates, and to identify their strategies as well as the interventions implemented to support their mental health.
Layman's description
Thousands if not millions of nurses were recorded working as expatriates in countries of destination. Although evidence are available to inform on their psychological health and burden, less were synthesized to summarize their faced challenges and undertaken strategies to up-lift their situation. This project, a scoping review, was proposed to collect and summarize the available evidence around the topic, to learn the reported situation, as well as in the seek to report on the proposed intervention to leverage their burden.
