Zendy Wulan Ayu Widhi Prameswari, S.H., LL.M. has been a lecturer at Constitutional Law Department, Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga since 2006. She graduated and obtained Bachelor Degree (S.H.) from Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga in 2004. In 2011, she finished Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program in Master of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law Program, European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) in Germany. Her Masters Thesis titled “Prohibition Of Sale Of Children: Legal Consequences of the Ratification of the Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography by Indonesia”. Her research interests include Human Rights Law, particularly Children’s Rights and Citizenship Law. She teaches Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Election Law and Citizenship Law. Some of her recent published articles are: “Indonesian Marriage Law Reform: The Way to Strengthen the Protection of Children’s Rights Against Child Marriage” and “Non-Discrimination Principle In The Indonesian Legislation Concerning Children”. She has been involved in some collaborative projects with the local governments to draft the local regulations. Furthermore, she is also a member of Constitutional and Administrative Law Lecturer Association (APHTN-HAN).
