Personal profile

I am an associate professor of economics, holding a doctorate degree that I completed in 2012. With over two decades of academic experience, I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of economists through my teaching and research. My teaching portfolio includes a diverse array of subjects such as international economics, international monetary economics, microeconomics, and econometrics. These courses allow me to share my passion for economic theory and its real-world applications with my students.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, my main research focus lies in the field of international trade and development. My research portfolio encompasses critical areas such as exchange rate crises, global value chains, international trade and the environment, and export competitiveness and government export promotion programs. I am deeply committed to exploring the complexities of global economic interactions and their impact on development. Through my research, I aim to provide valuable insights and solutions that can help address some of the pressing economic challenges faced by developing nations. My work is driven by the belief that a deeper understanding of international trade can lead to more effective policies and a more equitable global economy.
