Dr. Sukardi, S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Constitutional Law Department, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He obtained a Law Degree (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. Then continued his education by obtaining a Master of Law (M.H.) degree in the Postgraduate Study Program at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He also received a Doctoral degree (Dr.) at the Doctoral Study Program in Law, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. 

The courses he teaches are Constitutional Law, Legislation Design, State Science, and Constitutional Theory. As an academic, he has also published various scientific works in the fields of studies of the Constitution, Legislation, and Constitutional Law. Apart from being active in several teaching and research activities, he is also involved in various Community Service activities.
