Dr. Rr. Herini Siti Aisyah, S.H., M.H., graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 1988. Then, she continued her Master of Law degree in 1998 and her Doctor of Law in 2009 at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. 

Her academic career began in 2002 as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. Her areas of expertise are State Finance Law, Administrative Law, State Administrative Court Procedural Law, Civil Service Law, Tax Law, Tax Court Procedural Law, State Treasury Law, Government Liability, Capita Selecta Tax Law, Development of Tax Law, Fiscal Policy, and Good Governance in Government Dispute Resolution in Indonesia. 

She has published fifteen research journals and one book over the last five years, from 2018 – 2022. Apart from being a lecturer and researcher, she is also active in community service activities and is a resource person at various scientific seminars.
