Personal profile

Riza Alifianto Kurniawan, S.H., MTCP., has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, since 2006. Riza graduated with a Bachelor of Law in 2004. In 2009, Riza received a DIKTI scholarship to continue his Master of Laws Education (LLM) at the University of Wollongong, Australia. The author earned his Master of Transnational Crime Prevention in 2010. Currently, Riza is completing his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, which began in 2016. The author teaches several courses in the Bachelor of Law Study Program, including Criminal Law, Crimes Against Life and Wealth, Health Law, and Drug Criminal Law, and has been a Lecturer in Charge of Victimology since 2013. The author focuses on research in Criminal Law, Health Law, Organized Crime, and Victimology. During his time as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, the author has been active as a consultant for the Legal Aid and Consultation Unit (UKBH) FH UNAIR since 2011 until now. The author is also a member of the Criminal Law and Criminology Society (MAHUPIKI) and the Indonesian Victimology Teaching Association (APVI).
