Dr. Radian Salman, S.H., LL.M. is an Associate Professor who actively teaches at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. Radian obtained his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2001. Then, he continued his study at Utrecht University and received a Master of Laws degree in 2006. Then in 2017, he completed his doctoral at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, with a dissertation topic related to judicial review in the Constitutional Court.
Radian's areas of expertise are Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Election Law, and Drafting of Legislation. In the 2018-2022 period, Radian has released several publications titled "Nomination for President-Vice President in the Election System without Threshold Requirements" and "Principles for responsible investment " to support the regulation of the micro, small and medium enterprises sector in Indonesia."
Radian is currently the Director of Legal Education, Ethics, and Professionalism–Orange Knowledge Program (LEAP-OKP). Radian is also active as a researcher at the Center for Constitutional Studies on Governance, Faculty of Law, University of Ailrangga. Outside the faculty, Radian also serves as the Coordinator of the Postgraduate School Study Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Law and Development at Airlangga University.
