Prilian Cahyani, S.H., S.AP., M.H., LL.M. is a permanent lecturer at the Criminal Law Department, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. She obtained a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya, in 2005 and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (S.A.P.) from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, in 2006. Then she continued her education by obtaining a Master of Law (M.H.) degree in the Master of Science Study Program. Law Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga in 2009 and Master of Laws (LL.M) from The University of Ulster, Ireland. 

The courses she teaches are Victimology, Economic Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, and Health Law. As an academic, he has also published various scientific papers in Victimology, Economic Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Judicial Medicine, and Health Law. Besides being active in several teaching and research activities, she is also involved in various Community Service activities.
