Oemar Moechthar is a member of the Foundation of Law Department, Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. He completed his bachelor and master at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. Currently, he is studying for his doctrol also at at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. Apart from teaching, researching, and doing law-related projects, he is actively published books on Adat Law, Inheritance Law and Agrarian Law. Since 2020, he has been in charge as the Secretary of the Notary Program of the Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga.
