Prof. Dr. M. Hadi Shubhan, S.H., M.H., C.N., has been a bankruptcy law professor at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, since 2022. He obtained a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 1995. Then he continued his education by obtaining a Master of Law (M.H.) degree in the Postgraduate Study Program at the Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga and a Candidate Notary (CN) degree in the Specialization Program of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. He also obtained a Doctorate (Dr.) degree at the Doctoral Study Program in Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, in 2016. 

His academic career started as a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. He teaches Insolvency Law, Labor Law, and Administrative Law. Apart from being active in several teaching and research activities, he is also involved in multiple Community Service activities. 

He also has experience carrying out mandates in structural positions. Currently, he is the Director of Student Affairs at Universitas Airlangga.
