Personal profile

Kukuh Leksono Suminaring Aditya, S.H., LL.M., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He has been actively teaching there since 2014. Kukuh completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. Then, he managed to get a Master of Laws degree at Coventry University in 2013. 

Kukuh's areas of expertise are Business Competition Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Commercial Law. In the 2017-2022 period, Kukuh released several publications: "Notary Responsibilities for Receipts for Submission of Property Rights Certificates” and “The Problems of Sharia Economic Applications in the Indonesian Bankruptcy Law Regime.” Kukuh now serves as the Coordinator of the Faculty International Office (FIO) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. He also contributes as a consultant for the Legal Consultation and Assistance Unit of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University.
