Fiska Silvia Raden Roro, S.H., M.M., LL.M., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. She completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2000. Then, she obtained a Master of Management degree at the Graduate School of Airlangga University in 2006. In 2010, Fiska obtained a Master of Laws degree at The National University of Singapore. 

As an academic, Fiska's areas of expertise are Islamic Law, Inheritance Law, and Islamic Financial Institutions. In the 2018-2022 period, she has released six journal publications and conference proceedings. Some examples are “Islamic P2P lending as an alternative solution for the unfair conventional platform in Indonesia” and “Managing The Risk For Fintech Lending Amid The Global Pandemic Corona Virus.” Fiska now also serves as the Head of the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. 

Fiska is also active as a resource person in academic activities such as Airlangga Summer School 2021, delivering material entitled "Introduction of Islamic law and The Contemporary Issue of Family Law in Indonesia." He has also won the 2nd Best Presenter at the International Conference on Islamic Law in Indonesia (ICILI) Joint Conference.
