Dr. Fiska Silvia Raden Roro, S.H., M.M., LL.M., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. She completed her undergraduate education (bachelor law) at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2000. Then, she obtained a Master of Management degree at the Graduate School of Airlangga University in 2006. In 2010, Fiska obtained a Master of Laws degree at The National University of Singapore. She finished her dissertation with topic “Sharia Peer to Peer Financing based Crowdfunding ”and obtained her Doctoral degree at Airlangga University in 2023. 

As an academic, Fiska's areas of expertise are Islamic Law, Inheritance Law, and Islamic Financial Institutions. In the 2018-2022 period, she has released six journal publications and conference proceedings. Some examples are “Islamic P2P lending as an alternative solution for the unfair conventional platform in Indonesia” and “Managing The Risk For Fintech Lending Amid The Global Pandemic Corona Virus.” Fiska now also serves as the Head of the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. 

Fiska is also active as a resource person in academic activities such as Airlangga Summer School 2021, delivering material entitled "Introduction of Islamic law and The Contemporary Issue of Family Law in Indonesia." He has also won the Best Presenter and Best Paper at the International Conference on Islamic Law in Indonesia (ICILI) Joint Conference. She is also active in The Association of Islamic Lecturers of Indonesia as General Secretary (Periode 2018-2023 and Periode 2023-2028) and in The Association of Islamic Economics Lecturers and Researchers (Periode 2016-2020 and Periode 2021-2026).
