Dr. Enny Narwati S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the International Law Department, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He obtained a Law Degree (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 1989. Then she continued her education by obtaining a Master of Law (M.H.) in the Master of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University in 1999 and a Doctorate (Dr.) degree in Doctoral Study Program in Law Faculty of Law Airlangga University in 2017. 

Her academic career began at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, in 1990. She teaches Law of the Sea, Refugee Law, International Crime Law, International Law, and International Humanitarian Law. She has also published various scientific works in Law of the Sea, Refugee Law, International Crime Law, International Law, and International Humanitarian Law. Besides being active in several teaching and research activities, she is also active in various Community Service activities. 

She also has experience carrying out mandates in structural positions, including Deputy Dean I for Academics, Students, and Alumni Affairs. Currently, she is active as a senior researcher at the Airlangga Institute of International Law Studies (AIILS) Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga.
