Dr. Emanuel Sujatmoko, S.H., M.S., graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 1981. Then, he completed his Master's in Literature from Airlangga University in 1988 and his Doctoral degree from Brawijaya University in 2012. Currently, he serves as Lecturer and Head of the Faculty of Law at Airlangga University.

His academic career began in 2002 when he became a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. His areas of expertise are Business Law, State Administrative Court Procedural Law, Public Law and Policy, Regional Autonomy System, Government Liability, State Administrative Law, Unlawful Acts by Authorities, Licensing Law, Environmental Law, Transportation Law, Criminology, Introduction to Indonesian Law, Tax Law, Jurisprudence Analysis, Goods and Services Procurement Law, Pancasila Philosophy, Regional Planning Law, Bureaucracy and Good Governance, and Constitutional Law. 

In addition to actively teaching as a lecturer, he has also published many scientific journal publications, both national and international journals.
