Ekawestri Prajwalita Widiati, LL.M is a lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and researcher at Airlangga Center for Justice and Human Rights, Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. She focuses research on the intersection of law and policy, contributing to the development of robust legislative systems that uphold democratic principles and human rights protections. Passionate about legal scholarship, she aims to advance knowledge in legislative processes and constitutional law through rigorous analysis and research. As the course coordinator for Legislative Studies and Legislative Drafting courses she is interested in the research regarding human rights and legislation, also gender and legislation.
