Dian Purnama Anugerah, S.H., M.Kn., LL.M. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He earned his bachelor's degree in 2004 at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. Still, at the academic institution, Dian continued his education and succeeded in obtaining a Master of Notary Degree (M.Kn.) in 2008. Then, he got a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree at Radboud University, the Netherlands.
Dian's areas of expertise are Corporate Law, Insurance Law, Consumer Protection Law, and Commercial Law. He actively published between 2018-2022, with titles such as "Data Protection in Financial Technology Services (A Study in Indonesian Legal Perspective)" and "The Challenges on Beneficial Ownership Disclosure in Indonesia: A Study of the Enactment of Presidential Regulation No. . 13 of 2018 on the Application of Know-Your-Beneficial-Ownership Principles by Corporations for the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.” Apart from publications, Dian also actively writes on HukumOnline.
