Bagus Oktafian Abrianto, S.H., M.H., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. He has been devoted to the academic world since 2012. Bagus received a bachelor's and master's degree at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, graduating in 2012 and 2014, respectively.

Bagus' areas of expertise are Administrative Law, Goods and Services Procurement Law, Regional Government, Public Policy, and Agrarian Law. In 2018-2022, Bagus actively published journal publications such as "Development of Lawsuits for Unlawful Acts by the Government after Law Number 30 of 2014" and "Reformulating The Concept of State Principles Based on Ideological and Technocratic Strategic as A Sustainable Development Directions". Now, Bagus serves as Coordinator of Students and Alumni of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and Secretary of the Research Unit and Scientific Publications of the Graduate School of Airlangga University.

Apart from his busy schedule as a lecturer, Bagus is also active as a legal consultant in several law firms. Some examples are WINS Law Firm, KJD Law Firm, Prakoso & Hadjon Law Firm, and AWS Law Firm. From 2011-2013, Bagus served as a Legal Aid Servant at the Surabaya Legal Aid Institute.
