Personal profile
Ayu Lana Nafisyah is a lecturer in the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Universitas Airlangga. She obtained her Bachelor's degree (S.Pi ≈ B.Sc) in 2014 from Universitas Airlangga. Her Master's studies began after passing the selection for the Master's program and the Monbukagakusho (MEXT) scholarship in 2015 at the Department of Environmental Dynamics and Management, Graduate School of Biosphere Science (now renamed as Graduate School of Integrated Sciences for Life) at Hiroshima University, Japan. She earned her Ph.D. in 2020 from the same department where she pursued her Master's degree (M.Sc). Her current research focuses on the dynamics of abundance and diversity of microalgae in aquatic ecosystems as supporting factors in fishery cultivation areas, including pollution in aquatic environments. She is a very open-minded person who is willing to collaborate widely with foreign partners related to her research topics.
