Dr. Agung Sujatmiko, S.H., M.H., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. In 1986, he managed to get his bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya. Agung then continued his education at the Postgraduate Program of Airlangga University and obtained a master's degree in 1999. Furthermore, he managed to get a Doctorate at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2010. The title of his dissertation is "Legal Protection of Famous Trademarks through License Agreements."

Agung's area of expertise is Intellectual Property Law. In the period 2018-2022, he published several publications. Examples are “Legal Principles of Trademark Protection in Supporting Improvement of Creative Economic Industry” and “A Model of Legal Protection For Traditional Medicines (Jamu) as Part of Traditional Knowledge”. He has also released two books entitled “Brand License Agreement” and “Certificate of Trademark Rights as Fiduciary Guarantee”.

Besides his academic activities, Agung is also a member of the All Indonesia Intellectual Property Rights Teaching Association. He also conducts community service activities in his hometown, Mojokerto, related to betel marriage.
