Adhy Riadhy Arafah, S.H., LL.M.(Adv.) is a permanent lecturer at the International Law Department, Faculty of Law, Airlangga University. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, in 2008. Then he continued his education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the International Institute of Air and Space Law (IIASL), Universiteit Leiden, The Netherlands, in 2012.

The courses he teaches are International Law, International Dispute Resolution, International Organizational Law, and Air and Space Law. As an academic, he has also published various scientific papers in the fields of Air Law, Space Law, and Private Aviation Law. Besides being active in several teaching and research activities, he is also active in various Community Service activities. He is also the Director of Airlangga Institute of International Law Studies (AIILS).
